Yvonne J. Miller, PMP
Yvonne Miller is an accomplished Project Management expert with 10 years experience in the financial services and automobile industries. She was certified by the Project Management Institute in 2001 and currently sits on the Board of Directors of the PMI Financial Services Group. Yvonne's past work experience has focused on Project Portfolio Management for large companies such as Ford Motor Company and Comerica Bank, where she presently serves as a Vice President and Project Manager. Yvonne's passion for excellence in customer experience is exemplified in her diligent execution of projects of all sizes and complexity. Yvonne holds degrees from the University of Michigan in Economics and Secondary Education.

Larry Goldsmith, PMP
Larry is a seasoned executive with proven expertise in information technology, eCommerce, and systems management. He has significant product development experience, including software and solutions; has run large software development organizations; has been involved in starting up new companies, including Management Consulting and Financial Services; was a key player in creating internationally-based support organizations; and has held a broad range of hands-on technical and managerial positions. He has in-depth experience in successfully running a global technology enterprise in every key area. Over the past 25+ years, he has gained a solid reputation among colleagues and customers alike as an information technology executive with a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, hands-on technological and financial skills, and sales and marketing savvy.
Larry's involvement is PMI includes terms as FSSIG Marketing Director, Chairman and current position of Finance Director. He actively participated in PMI Standards creation for Project Management Competencies, and the soon to be released Portfolio and Program Management standards. Larry also has served as a Component Mentor, focused on SIG's and is a graduate of the PMI Leadership Institute.
Larry is a Certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. He has implemented strategic technology architectures resulting in reduced Total Cost of Ownership while enhancing service levels and system performance. Larry has performed technology assessments for Venture Capital companies looking to invest in software companies and has worked with Private Equity firms performing Technology Due Diligence so that management is prepared for the technology investment required to support future strategic growth. Larry’s most recent endeavor required rescuing a troubled project aimed at introducing a new cash management product to a global banking concerns high net worth clientele.
Larry received his BS in Accounting from the University of Colorado and MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Douglas Arnstein, PMP
Douglas Arnstein is the President of Absolute Consulting Group, Inc. responsible for overseeing client engagements and maintaining the company’s Program Methodology. Mr. Arnstein has over 25 years of professional experience, including extensive experience in process improvement initiatives, organizational management, project management, project management best practices, project risk management, systems design and development, and professional development seminars design and development.
He has been a consultant for over 20 years and has worked in a variety of companies including Bank of America, Sperry Univac, Wells Fargo Bank, American Management Systems, Citicorp Mortgage, Charles Schwab & Co, VISA, Chevron, Pacific Gas & Electric, and The State of Washington’s Department of Social and Health Services.
He has spoken at various professional events including Project Management Institute's (PMI) Annual Symposia, PMI local Chapter Conferences, the Japanese Society for Project Management’s ProMAC 2004 conference, the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade 1997 conference, and the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) Region 5 conference in 2002. He is a member of Project Management Institute and holds their Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. He also belongs to the Commonwealth Club of California, and the World Affairs Council of Northern California.
Mr. Arnstein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.

Scot Hanley
Scot Hanley has over 16 years in Project Management is currently employed by Synovus Financial as the Director of the Professional Services Office with responsibility for project governance, program management and project portfolio management. He previously served as a management consultant with Ernst & Young specializing in data warehousing and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young with responsibilities for program management across multiple technology projects in the telecom industry. Additionally, Scot has served key clients such as BellSouth/AT&T, Verizon, TSYS, and other companies as a project manager or program manager focused on project sales and/or delivery.
Scot attended Southern Methodist University and completed three years of course work in earth science at the Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences before joining the US Army to serve his country in Desert Storm. Scot acquired a B.A. in English Language and Literature as well as US Army Officer's Commission in 1993.
He currently resides as the Board President of the Humane Society of Harris County where he is using project management methodology to build the first humane society center in Harris county. He is an animal lover and owns/operates Fetch! Pet Care of North Columbus as well as Triple H Kennels with his wife Suzanne and three sons Scot, Michael and Gray near Columbus, GA.
